3. Non-Returnable Items (Wapas Na Hone Wale Products)

 

The following items are exceptions and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customer Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or wrong size/colour ordered, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

6. Refunds & Processing (Refund Aur Processing Time)

 

Once your return is received and inspected:

7. Exchanges (Badalna)

 

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour:

  • Please follow the standard return process (Step 4) and clearly state in your email that you would like an exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.
